I'm Terry Wilson. I've been in the healthcare and wellness field my entire career.  I'm an RN with a Masters in Health Education.  Since retiring, I trained as an End-of-Life Doula  through The Dying Year and International End of Life Doula training programs. I'm a member of NEDA (National End of Life Doula Alliance).  I stay current in the end-of-life care field, through ongoing training and volunteer work with local hospice agencies.  

I offer compassionate support for navigating end-of-life challenges with dignity and grace. Aging and dying are natural human experiences and complete the circle of life.  My passion is helping people improve the quality of their life while aging, or experiencing a life-limiting or terminal illness. 

I'm a long-time practitioner and teacher of mindfulness and loving-kindness meditations and integrate these practices into my end-of-life doula work.  As a trained Reiki master and student of Healing Touch, I offer my clients opportunities for holistic healing  through these energy work practices.  Healing doesn't mean "cure" but rather a means to  feel more balanced and relaxed.

Throughout my decades-long career of serving others, I find it crucial to stay grounded in my own self-care.  Mindfulness, Loving-Kindness and Self-Compassion meditation and retreats have been a part of my life for 25 years.  I make sure to pause and spend time with family, friends, my dog and time in nature.
